slipping from one season to the next, we're nearing October {the best month} and fall is officially here. we've exchanged warm air for a cool breeze, forest greens for an abundance of colour, and our wooliest, coziest socks have been pulled out of retirement.

these early-fall days are my absolute favourite, and here in the north, we know that this magical season is fleeting.
so here I am... escaping to shorelines whenever possible, soaking in the sunshine, and embracing the change that a new season brings.
if only I could bottle the smell of September...
