An item I love is sold out! when will you be restocking it?

You can contact us at hello@amecollective.com and we can work to make something for you ASAP. If one is not available we can add you onto a request list and contact you as soon as it’s back in stock!

How do I care for my product?

Can I personalize my piece?

Usually yes! Each of our pieces is hand engraved, and we love to help you customize your piece to make it extra special. Please reach out to hello@amecollective.com for information

Repairs and Alterations

Whether your piece got caught on your favourite sweater, or your piece just needs a little extra sparkle, we are happy to assist in any way that we can to ensure you are happy with your piece.

Packaging

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every âme collective order is packaged in a linen bag for you. If you’d like to further personalize your order, please send your request to hello@amecollective.com or leave a comment in the “notes” section at checkout.

Shipping & Orders

When are orders shipped?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and shipped twice each week on Wednesday and Friday.

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been confirmed, and a shipping notification once it’s in the mail!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100, and have standard expedited shipping on all other shipments at a flat rate of $12.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! If you are local to Fort McMurray, Alberta we offer free Local Pick up. Simply choose the option in the check out menu
